Hi,
Welcome to my corner of the internet! I'm Maria, and I live in the charming town of Geneva, IL, where the best of the USA harmoniously blends with my cherished Swedish heritage. Growing up near the birthplace of the original Wettex dishcloth in Norrköping, Sweden, the Swedish dishcloth has always been a must-have in my life. It graced my grandparents' kitchen and was a constant in my parents' house as I was growing up.
When I moved to the United States six years ago—first to sunny Florida, and later to the Midwest—I quickly realized how much I missed the Swedish dishcloth as a tool in the daily household work. No product I tried could match its superior qualities. Driven by the desire to share this wonderful product, I started importing Wettex dishcloths to the US. I eagerly shared them with family and friends, allowing them to experience the unmatched absorption and traceless cleaning that these cloths offer in the kitchen and beyond. As a mom of three lovely, mess-creating daughters, these dishcloths are put to the test every day in my home.
Today, Swedish dishcloths are becoming a popular choice here in the US, and I'm thrilled that more people are discovering the incredible benefits of this reusable and biodegradable product. After trying various brands, I can confidently say that none compare to the original recipe (yes, it is a recipe!), the same one that has been helping Swedes keep their homes clean for over 70 years.
From my home to yours, with love,
Maria
