Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25 (before tax and after discounts). Shipping rates for orders under $25 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To start a return, email us at support@swedishdishclothstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@swedishdishclothstore.com.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. We reserve the right to deny claims without sufficient evidence.
